Company History :
Innovative Data Solutions, Corp. was formed in 1997 to bring
comprehensive software solutions to market for the Pay Telephone
industry. Working closely with Heritage Data
Systems, a company
which provides custom software development, commercial hardware and
software sales, and complete computer networking solutions. Working
together, these two firms can provide turn-key solutions for Pay
Telephone companies of virtually any size. Kenton Nice, CEO -
Kenton is a certified public accountant and has served as the
Chief Financial Officer for two multi-million dollar telecommunications
firms. The contribution of his extensive financial and industry
expertise is quickly evident in the design and function of the Accounts
Payable and LEC Billing modules of the Route Expert system. Chris Nice, President - Chris has been at the helm of a NJ based independent pay phone provider for over 5 years. This company has successfully operated over 2,700 phones and has served as a test bed for each of the modules in Route Expert. This company was one of the fastest growing non-acquisitional companies in the industry, installing their first 2,000 phones in less than 18 months. This feat is a testament to Chris's managerial acumen and industry expertise. Rick Mancinelli, Vice President of Technology - Rick has been building computer networks of all sizes for nearly 10 years. His expertise in both Novell and Windows NT networks allows him to design, specify, install and maintain the network which is right for each individual customer. Rick has also served as Director of MIS for a regional telephone carrier, and as such has a wide telecommunications experience base. Rick's expertise will be a valuable asset to each and everyone of our customers. Our corporate philosophy is simple. We are a software development
company providing solutions for the Pay Telephone market. Each of the
officers, as well as several programmers, trainers and support personnel
all have extensive personal experience in the Pay Telephone industry.

A great product is good, but without support its value is quickly diminished. Prior to Route Expert's existence, many of the employees of IDS have had to deal with the support teams of the "other" software providers for this industry. Frankly, the results were not good. Constantly striving to be the best, we
have experienced personnel available 9am through 6pm EST on Monday
through Friday. We also have a 24 hour/7 day emergency response system
which will automatically page a support engineer.
