Phone Bill Processing and Dispute Resolution |
While owning and operating a payphone route we found a number of issues to be a constant source of frustration and unnecessary expense. For this reason we have incorporated a few features not commonly found in other software packages. |

One such feature is LEC bill processing. In this module, the user is capable of entering the phone bill just as it appears, line item by line item. Then, depending on the appropriate course of action, each line item can be approved for payment, posted against commissions, and/or set aside as a disputed item. |

Disputed items are easily reconciled even if only a partial credit is issued. The bills are then posted and checks to pay the LEC are printed. And, if you're fortunate enough to be in an area where bills are available on disk then there is no need for data input; simply import the data and run reports to diagnose potential fraud or problems. With this feature there is no need to handle a bill multiple times, or for telecom experts to do the data entry. Sizeable payphone companies will benefit immediately from this module, as dispute processing and resolution saved an IDS principal's previous company nearly three times the salary of the person responsible for it. That's a return on investment no one can argue with! |
