The Hand-Held Computer (HHC) module of Route Expert works hand in hand with various hand held computers. These computers feature an easy to use interface and, in some cases, built in scanners. When used in combination with electronic locks and permanent bar codes, your company will have the latest in route security and auditability. You can even limit the hours and number of times a box can be accessed and rest assured that the data is secured by a user password. |

At the home office, you choose to download those phones requiring collections, needing repairs, or both. From the HHC, the collector/technician can view complete phone detail as well as any attention the phone requires. He can even open and close trouble tickets. Utilizing hand-held computers and electronic locks not only offers the highest level of security available, but also allows management to better track technicians productivity. Using reports generated from collection and repair data collected by the hand held computers, a technician's job performance can be better evaluated.
