| When the tech comes back to the office, you must send all of his information from the Psion HHC to Route Expert. Escape out of the HHC program on the Psion HHC until you get to the "Show" window. Press the 'menu' key and highlight 'Data Exchange - Direct: Send Routes'. A window will appear that states "Send route" NOTE: Be sure HHC is connected to the PC. In Route Expert, go to Data Processing HHC. Press the 'Receive from PSION' key in Route Expert. An MS-DOS will appear and information will be sent into Route Expert. When the information is completely sent a message will appear in Route Expert and inform you of the number of Coin Boxes were collected and the number of Trouble Tickets fixed. Now you are ready to send new routes and information to Psion HHC. See 'Sending Routes to the Psion HHC'. |
