Sending Information from Route Expert to the Psion HHC

1. On the HHC press 'Enter' on the Routeexp.app icon and a data transfer window should appear with 2 options (Host-controlled or Dialup)

2. With 'Host-Controlled' selected press 'Enter' and the HHC will go into waiting mode to receive routes.

3. IN Route Expert, select the technician you wish to load the HHC with.

4. Press 'Tally' to retrieve all phone that have met desired criteria.

5. Press the 'HHC' button and select 'Send to HHC'

6. After completion of the route download the the HHC a "SUCCESS" window will appear. All of the selected information is now downloaded into the HHC.

1. On the Psion HHC press 'Menu' and select 'Special - Data Xfer' and press 'Enter'

2. The transfer routes window appears with 2 options (Host-controlled or Dialup)

3. With 'Host-Controlled selected press 'Enter.' The Psion HHC will go into waiting mode.

4. In Route Expert, goto Processing - Dispatch. Press the 'HHC' button and select 'receive' from the menu options.

5. When complete, a summary window will appear with the following information:
            Tech: NAME
         Phones: # of completed collections
         Tickets: # of existing fixed
                          # of existing not fixed
                          # of new fixed
                       # of new not fixed

The summary allow the dispatcher to get a quick overview of work completed by the technician.
