Does Route Expert interface with my Payphone Manufacturers Software?
Route Expert imports many major payphone manufacturer's polling data.  Elcotel's
PNM+ and Poll Quest, Intellicall's INET, and Protel's XNET are all compatible with
 Route Expert.

Does Route Expert communicate with my payphones?
No.  Route Expert imports your manufacturers polling information but does not
communicate directly with your phones.

What does concurrent users mean?
Concurrent users is the number of people logged into Route Expert at one time.
You can have as many users as you require, but the concurrent user license allows 
you to only have a certain number of users logged into the program.
