Y2K Compliance Statement: The Innovative Data Systems, Corp. developed code within the Route Expert software package is Year 2000 Compliant. The primary system was developed using Sybase, Inc's PowerBuilder software development system. According to Sybase, the included run time libraries and resultant executables are Year 2000 Compliant. The software which runs on the Psion hand held computers was developed using Psion's own OVAL programming language. According to Psion, the resultant executables are Year 2000 Compliant. The software which runs on the Husky hand held computers was developed using a modified version of BASIC, which according to Husky is Year 2000
Compliant. The data base engine utilized by Route Expert is version 5.5 of the Sybase SQL Anywhere RDBMS. SQL Anywhere, now in patch level 04, has been certified by Sybase as Year 2000 Compliant. Innovative Data Systems makes no claim or warranty as to the Year 2000 Compliance of the Personal Computers, Servers, Hubs, Routers, Switches, Workstation Operating Systems, Network Operating Systems or other hardware or software components used at a given
customer location to deploy Route Expert or any of its components. It is also necessary to note that although Year 2000 Compliance has been a software design goal from the beginning, it is entirely possible that future updates be released to address any issues which may have been overlooked or
which may arise as a result of changes to the system or its operating environment. |
